I was in need of a repair to the exterior of my house and Scott was able to quickly assess the situation.  He thought outside-the-box and came up with a solution which needed to be implemented quickly.  He and his crew were very professional and got the job done in a timely fashion.  Scott is a good listener, is confident and detail oriented, which is almost unheard of by today’s standards.  The job was done superbly and the job site was left in pristine condition.  I am planning on having him back for more work this spring.

Scott Bushey and his team did two major projects for our home: a much-needed master bath renovation and a beautiful restoration of our kitchen after a fire. Scott Bushey and his team did an excellent job on our home.  Most of the work involved our kitchen-removal of counter and cabinets, adding crown molding throughout the main living area, painting as well as new tile.  They also replaced and added new lighting.  They were honest about what type of work needed to be done and offered their own expertise about design.  We had a tight timeline and TAB was able to finish on time with no extra costs.  We hope to have TAB back soon to remodel our bathrooms.

We moved into a house that needed a full bathroom added to the basement to accommodate the two bedrooms that were down there. Our realtor recommended a plumber that she knew that could tell us if digging up the floor and adding a bathroom was a viable option before we closed on the house. The plumber had worked with Scott and his company before and it was obvious that they had a good working relationship so he set up an appointment with Scott to come out and provide a quote and a timeline for the work. We had two other estimates done and while Scott’s was a little higher his timeline for completion was far shorter. He started the project when he said he would and it was completed on time. He was easy to talk to and answered any questions we had. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after each work day. While his electrician was here working on the bathroom he also changed a light fixture for us in another room and swapped out a couple outlets that needed to be changed. We are very happy with the new bathroom and the process went very very smoothly. I would highly recommend Scott and his company Tab Properties to anyone needing a contractor.
